Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Minena!

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

1. First, check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

Returns must be sent to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Policies

In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to revoke their consent regarding the purchase transaction within five (5) business days after receiving the product(s). In this case, the customer will be responsible for the corresponding return shipping costs.

ASOCIACIÓN MODA DADA, S.A. DE C.V. may accept the return of a product provided that the following conditions are met:

• The return is made within 7 business days from the delivery date.

• The Purchase Order and/or invoice covering the purchase of the product is presented.

• The product, as far as possible, must be in the same condition as when delivered, with original packaging and tags.

• The product must not have been used, damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

If any of the above conditions are not met, ASOCIACIÓN MODA DADA, S.A. DE C.V. will not issue any refund.

For warranties on defective products, claims must be made within the period established in the description of each product.

Return Process

The User must contact MINENA’s Customer Service Center within the period established for each product, requesting the return and providing the following information: full name, order number, and name of the product(s) to be returned.

If the return is due to defective products or because a different product than the one purchased through the Website was received, the User must also state this circumstance and describe the defects of the products (hereinafter, the “Return Request”).

The Return Request must be approved by MINENA. Once approved, the User may send the package using the shipping company of their choice to the address indicated by MINENA. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns

For international shipments, MINENA may generate a prepaid return label so that the customer can drop off the product at the corresponding courier company. These return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

If the shipping cost exceeds the order total, the customer will be responsible for providing the shipping label.

If the customer ships the product on their own, it must be done using a secure, trackable shipping method, and the customer must assume any applicable customs duties or taxes.

MINENA will issue the refund to the original method of payment. This process will begin once the product arrives at our facilities.

The User must properly package the product in its original box or packaging, print and attach the shipping label, and deliver the package to the shipping company.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to a maximum period of 5 hours after purchase confirmation. To cancel an order, please contact us at +52 56 2629 3959.

Refund Policy

MINENA may issue refunds for amounts paid by the User, always subject to the terms set forth in this section.

In the case of Purchase Orders that could not be processed, the User will be notified and a refund of the amounts paid will be issued.

At the User’s choice, refunds may be issued through one of the following methods:

1. Credit or debit card payments: refunds will be processed as a chargeback to the same card used.

2. Other payment methods: refunds may be issued via bank transfer to the account specified by the User.

3. Electronic coupon: issued for the total amount paid, valid for 6 months. If unused, it will be canceled.

In the event of returns where a refund is requested, only the cost of the returned products will be refunded. MINENA may deduct expenses generated by the Purchase Order and the return process. MINENA is not responsible for costs arising from returns made without following the established return procedure.

Once the returned products are received and inspected, and if they comply with the conditions set forth in the Return Policy, MINENA will issue the refund within 10 business days from the date on which MINENA determines the return to be valid.
